A high altitude potato

We are located at a high altitude, over 1,000 metres above sea level. This is where Prades potatoes, of the Kennebec variety, are grown. A traditional crop that gives a differentiated quality thanks to the fact that they are grown at high altitude and to the soil and climatic conditions of the area.
