Beans grown in volcanic soils
Open your hand and you will find a bunch of Santa Pau beans: white, small and rounded. When cooked, they are characterised by a very mild taste, with a particularly creamy texture, a low, medium farinaceous taste and a barely perceptible skin. These qualities are the result of cultivation in the volcanic soils of the region where we are: La Garrotxa.
