The traditional round bread
We have in our hands a round bread, the one we have always had. It is a bread with a great aroma and flavour, round with a rustic image, a thick, crunchy crust, a spongy crumb and large, irregular honeycombs. The production process is carried out using traditional methods, with at least the size of the loaf being made by hand, with slow fermentation and the dough always baked in ovens with refractory hearth ovens. We have in our hands the traditional Catalan peasant bread.
