We are in the area of Vic, the land of the 'llonganissa'. A unique sausage, recognisable by its intense red colour and its shiny cut that leaves perfectly visible the small cubes of fat and the peppercorns that make up its composition. Its producers have preserved the quality and the traditional way of preservation and elaboration, obtaining as a result a product strongly linked to the area.
