An inimitable aroma and bouquet
DOP Alt Urgell i la Cerdanya butter is made with milk collected daily and fresh cream from the Pyrenees. The butter is matured with specific ferments that give it a characteristic aroma and bouquet, reminiscent in some ways of hazelnuts.
