A legume highly appreciated in gastronomy

We are now in a DOP that encompasses various areas of the Maresme and Vallès regions and their surroundings. And we are doing so to talk about the Ganxet bean, an exquisite legume that is highly appreciated in the gastronomic world. It is characterised by its mild flavour, persistent creaminess and slightly rough skin that is not very noticeable.
