IGP Chicken and Capon del Prat
A tender meat, a unique flavour
We visit the area of El Prat del Llobregat (Barcelona) and discover the Prat breed, native to the Baix Llobregat region. This breed is characterised by its dark blond colour, slate-blue legs and simple serrated crest; the cock's tail has abundant feathers and falls backwards. The meat is characteristically fine and tender.
