DOP Rice from the Ebro Delta

An area strongly linked to rice growing

We are in the area of Catalonia with the longest tradition of rice production: the Ebro Delta. Here, thousands of hectares are dedicated to this crop and the rice stands out for its quality, but also for the human and natural values it represents.

Let's look at it: it is a semi-long grain, round rice and we know it for its great quality and flavour. The characteristics of the rice, its sensory and culinary attributes are regulated by the DOP.
